Dr Unnisa was very professional, caring and was very clear in her prognosis. She ordered cray and blood work up. That same day She call d to give me personally the results from my lab work. She ten explained what to do about the fluid in my lung and made a referral to see a pulmonary Dr. I find her very personable and easy to talk to her. I highly recommend her.

I'm very happy with the care I receive from Dr. Unnisa . Dr. Has the right balance of care, concern, and knowledge.

Making appointment and check-in people not that great to deal with. Love the doctor. She is very helpful and listens better than any doctor I have seen. Would recommend her but pac med not always easy to deal with.

I've been feeling breast pain lately (my mother died from breast cancer in her late 40's) and was able to schedule an appt right away on MyChart. Dr. Unnisa's nurse called me immediately letting me know I could see a physician right away instead of waiting for a few more days. I really appreciate Dr. Unnisa and her staff for taking my health very seriously. At that moment I've already rated PacMed 10 out 10 for having such a phenomenal care team! I'm very relieved after Dr. Unnisa's visit and am ready to see my specialists for further treatment. I've been a patient of PacMed for the last 17 years and feel very fortunate to have such extraordinary health care team! THANK YOU!

I appreciated that masks were once again required, and I strongly believe that should be the requirement moving forward no matter what. I felt much safer and more comfortable being in the office and interacting with the medical team.

She has been my PCP for several years now and I have no plans to switch from her. The only thing is that she is usually booked so far out however, any time I have needed quicker help they have always made sure I got it.

Dr Unnisa was AWESOME! I really liked her A LOT even though this was my first time seeing her. I often recommend Pacific Medical Centers to friends. It is so important to be able to see a doctor when you need to, not a week or more later. Compared to what I'm hearing from my friends, I think you guys are doing a good job. Dr. Unnisa ordered a stress test for me and they couldn't get me in for over a month - that seems almost dangerous! Thankfully, Dr. U found my problem via bloodwork and CALLED ME to discuss...I was super impressed that I didn't just get a message on My Chart. I wish she could be my PCP.

Dr RAfat is a great doctor. You are very lucky to have her in your system.

I requested an appointment with any doctor because I had one day available between returning from a work trip and going on vacation. I was given an appointment with Dr. Unissa at Canyon Park, whom I had never previously seen. Went to see a doctor because I was getting easily winded, which I thought was due to my long-time (non-COVID) cough. Dr. Unissa prescribed medicine for my cough and recommended an EKG, just to be sure, because of my being winded. Thanks to this wonderful doctor, who went the extra mile with that EKG order, we learned that I had a 3rd-degree heart blockage (electrical disconnect). I was extremely upset and she patiently explained the situation. I went In for cough medicine and left In an ambulance for the ER, and eventually got a pacemaker Inserted. Dr. Unissa (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) may have saved my life, and I am forever grateful for her great care!

Compassionate and provide high quality trusting relationship.

The doctor and her nurses are superb. The doctor reviewed the blood test results and found alarming enzyme results. Since then she has spoken to other doctors in my are team and coordinated me being seen by them. She has repeated blood tests to watch results and I still receive calls from her nurses to check on me. Total treatment and total care. She and her team are great. She has always been very thorough.
