I had not seen Dr. Viad before this visit. I had swelling and pain in my leg and she ordered tests for me at that time to rule out a blood clot. I was able to get those tests the same day, and she called me with the results on Monday. She also gave me instructions on how to reduce the pain and swelling, and my leg is much better now. She took my concerns seriously and I really appreciated that.

This was an initial, new patient visit with Dr. Vaid. I found her to be prepared(evidence she reviewed my records), knowledgeable, understanding, and conversational. Not smug like I have found with some physicians in the past. Pleasant overall first experience.
