First visit with this provider. I had developed cellulitis on my left foot that needed immediate care. She quickly diagnosed the problem(s), ordered appropriate medications, gave me a number of specific instructions, and after my visit last Tuesday (today is Sunday), I have noticed a vast improvement. Results speak for themselves . . .

Care provider is fine. PacMed in general has clearly become a product of the corporate environment. I have been a patient at this facility since 1999, and over the past 5 years or so, it has become clear that the bottom line and dealing with insurance has become the priority of the facility, rather than the patient. Care is adequate, not exceptional, as it once was.

Never have there been any bad experiences with the clinic or medical provider

Dr Pearson imakes me feel she know me and my health and always asks if I have any questions.

Dr. Pearson is usually super focused on documenting and making sure all the metrics are checked. She is competent, but I get the impression every question I ask will be an extra charge, so there is very little relationship building. I mostly answer yes or no then leave.

Dr. Pearson provided me excellent service in lieu of my regular physician. I was very comfortable with her and was able to communicate with ease.
