Dr. Jiang, with my permission, used a recording method and AI to document my visit and our discussion. This method greatly improved the personal interaction that we were able to have. I felt that she was treating me and listening to me rather than taking care of the computerized documentation. Additionally she was very helpful and reassuring related to a test result that was causing me a fair amount of anxiety. As we are getting to know each other I am having greater confidence in my relationship with Dr. Jiang.

Dr. Treated me for vertigo right in her office. Instead of referring me to a physical therapist which would have resulted in me continuing to feel vertigo until being seen by a pt for two more weeks or so. I'm grateful that she took care of it.

The provider that I seen was very pleasant.

I have been a patient with Pacific Medical for 14 yrs , Every Physician , assistant , receptionist , nurses, with Pac Med are theCulmination of the best healthcare team in this world.

The only issue I have is my regular PCP is always 4 months out for an opening and 4-6 weeks would be a lot more helpful. But I like that there are other qualified doctors available to fill in and see immediately. As with my two past visits. Otherwise I always have a great experience at PacMed.
