Dr Wheeler does not overprescribe. She is realistic and cares that I receive the right diagnosis and treatment. I appreciate that concern.

Dr. Wheeler has been my primary care provider since 2013. She is friendly, listens well, provides excellent explanations of the health issue under discussion, responds thoroughly to my questions, and lets me know when she feels something is outsider her area of expertise. She or her nurse are quick to reply if I send a query via MyChart. I feel very comfortable with Dr. Wheeler as my primary care provider.

I appreciated the staff and doctors working me in quickly to evaluate my injury. When my first appointment was cancelled, I was given an appointment with Dr. Wheeler shortly after. I appreciated the juggling that had to be done. Dr. Wheeler referred me to an orthopedist and I appreciated that she had worked with the group before and was confident in her referral.

The doctor was prompt and even though the likelihood of a blood clot due to a knee injury was low, went ahead and had an x-ray taken of my knee to rule out injury that could result in a blood clot. I really appreciated her caution

I have never had a bad experience with Dr Wheeler. She's attentive and when she has to, she refers to great docs or services.I only wish she worked more days. For her, I'm glad she doesn't.

Good experience

All good.Scheduling an appointment with her with short notice for an illness is difficult because she works on Capitol Hill some days during the week also. In those cases I have to schedule with another doctor at her office.
