Although this service is quite different from my experiences from years past, and that the taped phone tree is cumbersome and time wasting for the most part, I do like Dr.Olson's professionalism and expertise.

It's been enjoyable and helpful.

Although Dr. Olson just took over from my previous health care provider, she diagnosed a bothersome condition that had plagued me for almost a year and on her first try succeeded in resolving it. Thanks to her for helping with that.

Dr. Olson is an excellent, efficient physician. When something needs to get done - labs, referrals, etc. - she always gets it done in a timely manner, which I very much appreciate. There is room for improvement in her bedside manner, however. There is little warmth or empathy, and at times it appears she doesn't listen or hear what I'm saying, which feels very dismissive. She's focused on getting things done, which is great, but perhaps this could be balanced with more warmth and listening to the patient.
