On the whole, I've had very good experiences with Dr Moen since I began seeing him seven years ago. Only once, at a critical time last year, was Dr Moen's schedule so full that he was not able to see me for several weeks. Other than that one time, the staff have always managed to arrange an appointment within a few days of my calling.
