Swedish has been my health care provider since 2018. With one exception, I've been pleased with the care I receive. Dr Liu, my PCP is the best! She responds promptly to my messages sent in My Chart, and even when I'm out of state, I can count on her to respond to any health or prescription questions I have. With her I feel heard!

Desperate for relief I contacted my doctor via My Chart (which I am unskilled at). To my amazement she returned my message and had already sent a new prescription to my pharmacy. BRAVO!
