This was an "emergency" appointment and the receptionist was very helpful finding someone to see me. Unfortunately I had transportation problems and arrived a few minutes late and couldn't be seen. The person on the desk kindly arranged a later appointment and I just sat down and read for an hour and a half. The doctor saw me right away and was extremely helpful and gracious.
