My provider was great, she is very knowledgeable, respectful and understanding. It was probably the easiest doctors visit I've ever had. She followed up with me within the same day after my blood test results came in so I appreciate her!

I was establishing care as my previous provider left Swedish and she had reviewed my chart and placed orders for the tests I needed.

I thought she was very helpful.

She was very professional and This was my first visit to decide if she could be my pcp. I drcided yes.

Provider made sure several times to check if I had any more questions I wished to address. Very attentive. Very pleasant bedside manner.

It's always been very good. She's very nice and has even did research for questions I've had. I have had no problems opening up to her from the very beginning. It takes a while for me to really feel comfortable with that but not with her. I really like her.

The appt was to establish primary care. I felt as though my health concerns were addressed adequately. Not a bad thing to say about provider or the clinic.

She's really understanding.

This visit was a new patient visit. One time experience will not give me enough information to assess about the healthcare provider or other healthcare workers whom I met. However, I was satisfied with the visit. I got my prescriptions, referral to Nephrologist, and instructions to some exercises for IT and hamstring pain. I liked that the doctor recorded our conversation to use it to generate visit summary. The doctor seems to be less experienced, but very intelligent and quick study. So, I am fine with that.

Administrative staff were kind, wait time was very reasonable, and provider was professional and kind

She spent as much time with me as it took to cover all of my concerns. She took everything I said seriously. I never felt rushed or like what I was experiencing wasn't real. I appreciated how much time and care she took listening to me and collaborating with me about what options we should explore.

My visit with this provider was the first one, after my previous PCP retired at the end of 2023. She was a random choice for me. I wanted someone who would be close to my home. With this 1st visit I felt very comfortable talking with her. I'm looking forward to our association.

It's never fun to have to go to the doctor, but Pac Med makes the visit as easy and comfortable as possible. I am very happy with the care that I receive there.

I had been having a cough for about 15 days. Dr. Greaney was the second doctor I had seen about it. Even though she ordered a chest x-ray, she did not diagnose pneumonia, which was discovered when I went to the emergency room a few days later, after continuous coughing had caused a blood vessel to burst which caused a massive hematoma in my abdomen. My emergency room visit resulted In my being admitted to the hospital, where I now am. They're treating me for pneumonia, and I'm getting better.

The appointment was to establish care with a new provider. I was very impressed with Dr. Greany and look forward to continuing to work with her.

Dr Samantha Greaney was very thorough and helpful In addressing my medical needs. I feel I was well taken care of.

The doctor did not make me feel like I was going to have to struggle to advocate for my medical needs, and that she would be an advocate for me with getting additional specialist care required going forward. I felt heard and understood and felt like I was given the information to better understand my current medical situation and the path going forward.

First time with PAC Med and I needed a new clinic. Doctor was excellent and I already knew it is a well run clinic since my wife and son have been going there for some time.

Dr. Greaney was so easy to talk to and explained everything to me regarding my health issue which was something I was not prepared for (high blood pressure). I felt very relaxed with Dr. Greaney which is surprising since I am usually uncomfortable around doctors.

Dr. Greeney heard my concerns and gave me solutions. None of my past providers (other practices) took my anxiety seriously, but Dr. Greeney went out of her way to help me. I've already recommended her to other folks.

Dr Greaney was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful during my visit. She ordered the test I needed for my symptoms, and also suggested a couple vaccines I should get that I didn't have before. Her assistant promptly gave me the first vaccine, and I'll be scheduling a follow up appointment for the second.
