This was my first visit with Dr Cai, and I was there for a new patient visit. Dr Cai was very respectful and thorough. He went through my chart and familiarized himself with my medical history. I had been a patient with this clinic since opening week. I left for a number of years to have multiple surgeries and complications. This clinic is very close, Snoquamie, the hospital and surgery group is in Issaquah. I have not been driving far since diagnosed with non diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. This is a great clinic staffed with caring and professional people from front desk to the internal staff in the care rooms. This is a great place with great doctors and staff. Billing is also extremely good. I have had just one coding error in 16 years..

This was my first visit with Dr. Cai, so some of this survey is not applicable. It took much longer than I had hoped to get a 1st visit with any Dr at Swedish.
