I appreciate the seamless care between my regular physician and the specialists he has referred me to. Dr. Kai is always prepared, takes whatever time is necessary, answers every question I have and let's me partner with him in my healthcare. He is everything I could possibly ask for in my attending physician.

I had been a patient with this clinic since opening week. I left for a number of years to have multiple surgeries and complications. This clinic is very close, Snoquamie, the hospital and surgery group is in Issaquah. I have not been driving far since diagnosed with non diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy. This is a great clinic staffed with caring and professional people from front desk to the internal staff in the care rooms. This is a great place with great doctors and staff. Billing is also extremely good. I have had just one coding error in 16 years..

I am fully satisfied

My only fault with this practice is that I don't live closer to it.I love this place and I love my doctor it's the first time in a long time that I felt like I found my doctor for life. That's how much I like this provider. Thank you Dr.Cai and your wonderful staff

Experience was excellent. First time seeing this care provider Dr. Chi was excellent primary care doctor. As my last doctor retired, looking forward to having a new primary care doctor

It was important to me and very valuable that I had the opportunity to discuss and ask questions with Dr. Cai. As a Foundational Black American, receiving quality health care is always a concern. Being respected and listened to matters along with addressing my concerns.

I have some ongoing medical issues and needed to find a new primary care physician, as I have not had one for a couple of years. This was my first visit with Dr. Cai, so some of this survey is not applicable. It took much longer than I had hoped to get a 1st visit with any Dr at Swedish. After 1 visit I liked Dr Cai, I felt he listened to me and was straight forward. So far he's been very responsive (via messaging) to my post-visit follow-up. I look forward to having him as my "regular Doctor"

I was taken directly into a room and saw both nurse and doctor within 15 minutes. Everything worked out very well. I am feeling much better now!

These professionals have this down so well, the are visibly able to be relaxed. The move the process right along, but they're focused on you, and they're so clearly tuned in to you as a patient.

Getting a paxloviid prescription 1 day into COVID was great as it helped minimize the time and effects of the virus. I'm happy the doctor was able to meet with me.

I am confident that he will my primary care provider working through my complex issuesI had a hard time replacing my past long time provider and am now relieved to find Dr Cai communicates with me. Perhaps a little less time multi-tasking and more time in attentive listing could make me feel more comfortable. My example is listing to me answer/ask questions and typing at the same time. Not a big deal, just an observation. Other than that, Dr. Cai is very good and I recommend him highly for his straight forward approach.

Dr Cia was very thorough and asked good questions. He was very familiar with the area and made good choices when arranging a Bone Density Test for me.

Dr. Cai is very warm and personable. He listened closely to my concerns about my back and explained his recommendations well. He helped me get a walk-in xray that same day and ensured I knew when to return to clinic for a follow up appt.I trust his care !

The entire process of becoming a Swedish patient has been positive. The My Chart medical history process is detailed but straight forward. The receptionist, MA's, Technicians and Doctor Cai were all friendly, efficient and competent. This was overall a very nice change and I look forward to favorable interactions in the future.

The appointment went fine and the Doctor was helpful. But I had a very long wait to get on the call, almost one hour, especially because I was told to check in early, which I did. The Doctor sent my prescription into the pharmacy quickly, which I also appreciated.

I am very happy with the care given my health care team and Dr Cai.

Dr Cai zeroed in on my major problem which was related to taking unnecessary medication magnesium.

Dr. Cai is outstanding. I have never had an appointment that he didn't see me on time. He truly cares about my health. It's not often that I see a doctor and feel this comfortable. He also returns email inquiries promptly ((within 1 business day) and always follows up when needed. He is a true asset to Providence Swedish!

Dr Cai took the time to gather all the information he needed to have a diagnosis. Also he answered all the questions I had and after the appointment he updated my medical records with reports I sent to him since it was the first time I went to the clinic. Greatly appreciated.
