The Doc is great! Only complaint is long wait which I have experienced each time I've seen Dr. Kawano. My surmise is this happens because he gives every patient all the time they need to be treated and have their questions answered. He is well worth the wait.

Dr. Kawano is outstanding. He is very knowledgeable and caring. His bedside manner is exceptional. He is one of the best medical doctors I have ever had.

I have always had the best care.

I have severe medical related PTSD which interferes with my medical care. This can sometimes make me a very difficult patient to deal with. I had one concern to be addressed: How long should I continue taking Xarelto. The doctor was trying very hard to help me with other aspects of my care (I appreciate his concern and helpfulness), but I'm sure, when I kept saying I wasn't interested in medical management of some things he was wondering why I even bothered to come to see him! My apologies to him. I wasn't there to waste his time. I did hear what he had to say. But I did come there for only one reason, to answer the question of how long I should take the Xarelto. He answered that. Successful appointment through my eyes, mission accomplished. I do want to express my appreciation to him and let him know that I do appreciate his care for my wellbeing and please not to be frustrated when he gets "difficult" (my word) patients like myself. We do the best we can. Thank you.

Dr's care is excellent

Dr. Kawano is a very very busy doctor but time spent with him is focused on me as the patient and he is very clear whenever we discuss any potential health issues. I appreciate that and he's such a nice man.
