I have really appreciated my care with Swedish throughout my cancer diagnosis and treatment. I also want to shout-out the desk person at the lab. When my appointment was not found in the system, he went up to my doc's office to speak to them to be sure to enter my appointment, as I had another appoinment that I had to get to. Really exceptional service from Swedish Cancer Institute. Thank you!

My care provider worked well with my care team to coordinate my appointments and tests, which made my whole experience easier. Reports were made on My Chart right away so that I could read what had been discussed, a great tool for patients. Dr. File is a good listener and takes the time to explain things carefully because I am hard of hearing.

I see numerous providers in the Swedish system, and booking appointments is always a hassle. I can't get through on the phone, online scheduling is unavailable, and it becomes a whole ordeal. Otherwise, I am very happy with the service and the care I receive.

Dr. File is wonderful. I live in Tacoma and wanted to change oncologist to someone closer to home after switching to working from home. The care I received from my last oncologist was not worth my effort to travel to Swedish. The time and attention Dr. File gives me for my visit makes the travel well worth it. Because of Dr. File, I am staying with Swedish for my cancer care.
