I was glad I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Venema, though disappointed (but not surprised) at how long it took. I liked Dr. Venema very much, though I had the feeling he was a little rushed (also not surprised). But overall I was satisfied with my visit and look forward to the follow-up visit in April.

The whole thing was great.

The doctor asked and answered my questions very well. It gave me an understanding of the symptoms I had.

Dr. Venema has been my Neurologist for the past three years and is one of the best.

Dr. Venama warmly greeted my husband and myself which helped settle my nerves a little. He listened carefully and with compassion as we shared what I have been going through the last 2 1/2 years. He administered a test for dementia and some other tests to check physical strength, etc. After all was said and done he suggested I definitely had nerve problems and that they needed to be taken care of with medicines. My situation was out of his scope of experience. He said he would contact my PCP in order to get a referral to a Psychiatrist that I could trust. After our visit, we had more information than we had ever been given, prior to our visit. Dr.Venama was Informative, we are happy with his service. I would be happy to recommend him to other patients who might be able to use his services.

All the care providers I see at PacMed are efficient and treat me with respect. Most of my questions are answered and if not, I can send a message through my chart.

As a caregiver for my parent w/ Alzheimer's, I really appreciate the care my parent receives from Dr. Venema. I feel like he really hears what is being shared by me in regards to her current symptoms and how she is doing. His conversation and interactions with her leave her feeling that he listened. While she doesn't remember what he said, she does remember how she feels about his care & that is so very important. Fantastic doctor!

Professional and friendly

Provider and team have been great to work with. Are prompt with prescriptions and medication authorizations with no follow up needed by me. I can trust them to do what they say. Not the case with all providers. Love Dr. Venema's team

After not seeing my doctor in about 10 years, it was like it had only been 10 months. It was great seeing him again and hope our next visit is much sooner!

I feel that I am always treated with honest concern. The providers I have seen at pac med are always respectful and check to be sure they have checked all of my concerns.

As anyone who has received an EMG knows, it is not an easy procedure to go through. However, Dr. Venema's efficient and cheerful manner made the experience quick and tolerable.

He was very attentive and asked a lot of questions. His dx was much better than I thought. He referred me to another doctor.

This was the first time seeing this provider. He had all my information and knew all about my previous issues. He was very attentive, very helpful, kind, and reassuring. I am happy to have found a new neurologist to replace my previous one who move to another city.

Dr. Venema is an excellent physician. He took time to explain my situation in a way that was easy to follow and understand. He made sure I understood what he was saying when decion making on my part was required. He also had reviewed my record and commented on having seen me in 2017 for an unrelated Issue. I feel very confident in the care he provides.

The dr was great, very helpful and addressed my problems. The follow up from the assistant was very quick and was also great.
