I have been under the care of neurologists for more than 40 years. Dr Wei is by far the best neurologist!! She is kind, caring, listens to your thoughts and Idras, and take time to answer all of your questions!!

Dr. Wei and the staff at this hospital are the very best people I have ever worked with in the medical field with the exception of the physical therapy staff in Silverdale, WA that were on almost the same level!

During my first visit she wasn't very welcoming and didn't appear to care what I had to say. I left extremely frustrated and exhausted. Needs to review medical file BEFORE appointments so as to not ask questions that are answered in the chart and to not waste time of appointment. She is a great doctor and seems to be getting better the more appointments I have with her. For now, I will continue on her care.

Dr. Wei is knowledgeable respectful of my routine procedure / treatment she provides. She Is good at communicating such Information In advance such as when her schedule will be changing In advance.

All good care consistently for many years

Dr Wei was a breath of fresh air!! Very knowledgeable and took the time to listen! She discussed anll treatment options and answer all my questions. I have seen neurologists for 40 years and my first visit with her was the best. My only complaint was that my former neurologist left in December 2023. I get Botox for migraines every 3 months. My next injections were due February 2024, yet the department did not have any available appointments until August 2024. Due to not getting the Botox "on schedule" has caused a marked increase of pain and disabled me from doing many activities because of the migraine pain.

Dr. Wei always seems to be rushed.

Dr. Wei is one of my favorite specialists. She is so caring and understanding. She has never shied away from my medical history and she knows me so well that it makes our appointments together go so smoothly. Our communication is great, I feel. She's a wonderful doctor and I could not ask for anyone better in her field. She explains things so well and helps with solutions. She's also very understanding that we drive for over 2 hours one way to get my treatments done and sometimes traffic gets in the way even when we leave so early, that she's even made time for me very quickly in between patients just so I could feel better.

Dr. Wei is wonderful, I'm very lucky to have her as my provider.

Dr. Wei carefully explains all of our treatment options. She provides compassionate care and encouragement, reminding me that if one option fails, we still have many tools left in our toolbox.

I LOVED Jerry Wei and their team at Swedish Neuroscience Institute - Cherry Hill. I've also had a good experience at Swedish Gastro - First Hill, but I've had a bad provider experience as well with Swedish Neurosurgery - Cherry Hill Campus.

I first went to a neurologist at another healthcare facility because of consistent headaches - I left that appointment feeling like as soon as that doctor heard a handful of my comments, he said "its migraine, here's some meds," and he left. I felt completely dismissed by that other doctor. I came to see Dr. Wei after a recommendation from a friend. She was incredibly respectful, asked a lot of questions, and gave me incredible details about medications she was considering (she talked through how they might interact with what else I am on), how she came to the diagnosis that she did, and what a realistic timeline was for feeling better. I really appreciated that she was very straight forward about setting expectations - she told me which meds would take longer to have effect, and we discussed how we'll start with one pathway, but that the plan might change depending on how I react to it. I felt CARED for in this visit, which I had not experienced before. It actually made me quite emotional. She acknowledged the pain I am physically feeling, and told me she wanted to figure out the right solution for me. I felt very heard and respected, and am so glad I got an appointment with Dr. Wei. I am confident that I'll find headache relief with her help.
