Sarah Jane is doing her best to help me prepare for surgery. However she needs to be able to shadow a professional from another department. She finds this difficult to do because of hospital cooperation.

Sarah Spencer was very thorough in understanding what was wrong and looking at my records to evaluate the issue. She sent messages to the needed Doctors for additional testing and said she would follow up with specialists In the Neuroscience PT department.

Care was good. The only thing I didn't like was the length of the wait till the day of appointment.

It was the first time I had talked to someone about my back. Because of my family history I was a bit scared and nervous. Sarah Jane helped me feel relaxed and spent time describing what was wrong, why and possible solutions. I'd be happy to see her again.

Sarah Jane was excellent, both in-clinic and follow up after appointment. I felt heard and she did a really good job helping me understand my injury and how I can take better care of my spine in the future.

Great meeting with the PA. Very thorough and listened to our questions. Explained the surgeon was in a skiing accodent was would do a Zoom follow-up in a few weeks.

Once seen I got excellent care and instructions and referrals from Sara. That said as this like so many specialities is extremely busy getting an appointment took time and you cannot call directly, must wait for a call from a sceduler. Also, ironicilly, as this is a spine specialty, I found all the chairs in waiting and exam rooms very uncomfortable, too low for one thing. The check in was efficient and quick, but very clinical, no warmth as in my PCP's office. Which is fine just not personable. All in all I got exactly what I needed and found both the person who ushered me to the exam room and got my history to be very friendly and caring and the same for Sara who was energetic and explained thing carefully and loved seeing my MRI images, a real work of art and quite fascinating.

The office staff teams were always friendly, helpful and kind. The medical teams I spoke with were knowledgeable and have very positive energy about how.they could help my back issues.

She was very understanding and told me what I needed to know.
