This OBGYN provider I saw on an urgent need to basis. My typical doctor was not available so I was put with this new provider. She seemed to be very conscientious. I would prefer to stay with my typical OBGYN and I'm hopeful that your office will make an exception and allow me to go back to him. I live two hours away on the Canadian border, the care received from Swedish is excellent. I'll make the commute two hours each way to be seen by my OB/GYN because he is truly the best

Dr Baquero-Yang is a very good doctor

Dr. Baquero-Young was thorough and a great listener, she put me at ease for the endometrial biopsy procedure. You can tell she loves her job and truly cares about her patient's understanding of what will occur and comfort. For example, I was worried the procedure would hurt and Dr. BY offered a pain blocker if I chose to go that route, she frequently checked that I was comfortable. This definitely put me at ease and as it turned out I did not need the pain blocker. Two constructive pieces of feedback for Swedish - 1) the paperwork on what to expect on the biopsy procedure I received afterwards, recommend this is provided in advance of the procedure - send via email or attach in MyChart with a note READ INADVANCE of Procedue 2) Make it easy to set up a virtual follow-up appointment via the Swedish MyChart or better yet, put a link within message from the Dr recommending a virtual appointment to discuss next steps go here to scheduled xx.
