I was so appreciative with my visit with Dr. Dawkins. I've been dealing with an ongoing issue and it hasn't been getting any better. However, one visit with Dr. Dawkins, she was incredibly kind, and listened to my concerns. She prescribed a medication that seems to be helping so far. I appreciate her amazing care and support with helping me with this issue that has plagued my sensitive region.

The reason I listed "Poor" for ease of making an appointment was due to very long phone wait times. The first time I called, there were multiple callers ahead of me waiting. I stayed on the line for at least 30 minutes before hanging up. The next time, I had more flexibility and was able to wait for over an hour being able to speak to someone. The process from then on was easy and the office staff was wonderful so, I'm guessing it's an understaffing issue. My in-person experience was top-notch. Staff put my mind at ease when I was late and also nervous about my appointment. Now that I'm in the system, I will make future appointments through MyChart. 10/10 plan on coming back.

Dr. Dawkins was extremely attentive and patient. She took her time with me during the appointment and explained things clearly but using data and evidence.

Dr. Dawkins has outstanding bedside manner and did not dismiss, minimize, or negate anything that I had to say. She validated and thoroughly assessed my concerns and made me feel like a human being and not just another name on a schedule. It was generally a good experience

Excellent. Kind, knowledgeable provider. I had a procedure performed and she explained everything clearly. Appreciate how calm she was and reassuring.An area I feel needs attention, not related to my care provider... Is calling to schedule an appointment. I typically wait 30-60 minutes. The day I made this appointment I waited on hold for over 2 hours. I have tried the call back option but have missed the call back and then you are at the starting point again.

Very professional and made me feel safe and comfortable
