Excellent care for my sinus issues.

As is with most medical appointments these days, the wat time seems ridiculous in terms of how long it takes to get an appointment. The medical care I get with all of the doctors throughout the Pac Medical system is quality and excellent.

I have always been very satisfied with help given by care providers at Pac Med !

This was a routine post-op follow up visit. Just really wanted follow up at different office closer to my home but this was not available. Follow up visit was quick and all went well.

This is the doctor I go to for my cysts and he does such a great job. He also did stitches on my cancer spot on my face and did a wonderful job. I trust him and know that he will always take care of me and any questions I have.

The provider spoke to fast for me to take everything in. With adhd and being older and congested, I missed a few things. I was too embarrassed to ask him to slow down. I was hoping that the provider would have included a brief summary of the state of my left sinus cavity, septum, etc. Because I forget some of what he said. He was very nice and I could tell he had read my chart. I understood my treatment plan.

Dr Lamperti was very cordial and professional. My only issue is that when I had an acute problem with my ears/sinuses I could not schedule a time to see him until 2 months later. By this time my problem had somewhat resolved on its own. It was difficult to show/describe the symptoms when they were in remission and yet I know they might recur again in the future.

The doctor and the assistant were very good to me.

This provider assured me that my nose and throat are in very good condition, as my medications have caused unusual hoarseness.

Dr. Lamperti cleans my ears of ear wax every 4 - 6 mos which I need because I wear hearing aids. He generously schedules me for the visits and it makes an incredibly positive difference in my hearing. I appreciate his skill and professionalis.

Friendly place. Having a good experience with Front Desk and doctors. Easy calling in to schedule an appointment. I have to wait 3 weeks for getting my appointment; my nose do not hurt any more when seeing doctor. However, It is a good sign.
