Great appointment

Very knowledgeble and professional, not very personable (although personable is minor compared to knowledgeble and professional)

My healthcare provider approached my situation in a thoughtful and appropriately conservative medical treatment plan.

Dr Yang was very helpful, efficient and pleasant.

Dr. Chen didn't address my concern about nerve pain in my tongue. I told him my plan with my orthodontist but he went no further. I'm still in pain and if the "plan" isn't successful and I still gave pain it took me literally two months after I scheduled the appt to see him, and this is a problem I've had for literally YEARS.

Dr. Yang was kind, efficient and professional. He put me at ease at once and treated the problem swiftly. He explained everything very well.

I appreciated the expertise of Dr Yang. He has been very helpful. The only concern is the limited availability for a follow up appt. He wanted to see me in a month and nothing was available for much longer. Otherwise very happy with this consultation

This was a wonderful experience! Thank you!!! I really appreciated that Dr. Yang was familiar with my medical history even though hadn't seen him for ten years. Also, he took time to explain the ear structure/function to me and the medical conditions I experienced. The only drawback was that I had my ear condition in late June but could not get an appointment with this practice until late August. As a result, I had to go to urgent care to deal with the original illness and then wait two months to follow up with Dr. Yang.

Dr Yang and the entire surgical team did a fantastic job taking care of me throughout my surgical procedure and my post-op recovery.

Need tests and waiting for further actions after that. So far, good experience other than having to wait months to see doc due to his busy schedule.

It was a fast and easy process to get scheduled for my tonsillectomy. The doctor was very helpful, nice and efficient with what I needed to discuss.

Scheduling is slow. Odd it takes weeks to hear back as has been my case now with two specialies. On the note of my 25th visit with Dr. Yang -- that was a great privilege to live in a place and have access to such a clearly expert specialist who good make decisions and communicate the reasons so clearly.
