She is always professional, takes the time to answer your questions and is a great Dr.

Provider was knowledgeable but I did not feel "heard". Put simply, the doctor lacked bedside manner. While I do not doubt her diagnosis and advice, I wish she had asked me more questions about what I felt physically and made me feel less foolish for asking what questions I did.

I really like Dr. Sahi. She is a very good Doctor.

Care and monitoring is fair

My care provider was very knowledgeable as she listened carefully, interested in what I had to say and had helpful solutions and suggestions for my continued care.

Dr Sahi was very caring and listened to me. She was empathetic to my issue. She drained fluid from my right lung and it was much more painful than we expected and she took care not to hurt me more. I liked her. She is focused on her patient. She even gave up her lunch time to this procedure.

Care providers all are good. Air quality conditioner and touchable surfaces must get better and cleaner. Purified air is also important to good health.

Pac Med has always been great to work with because the Dr's and staff are courteous and willing to go the extra mile to explain things. The time it takes to get an appointment after a referral could use some work. However, this isn't a sign of incompetent Dr's and staff...that's a sign of hiring.
