Answered all my care questions and Doctor suggested other tests that might be given to make sure that we look for other concerns because of a previous habit I had due to tobacco use

Dr Parker has been kind, caring, compassionate. He spent an amazing amount of time with me at each visit going over my labs and CT results in great depth. He followed up on issues that he discovered and not related to my pulmonary health. He then referred me to the appropriate care I would need. I am forever grateful for all his help and attention.

First visit, a very serious issue: cancer has metastasized to my lungs. Dr. Parker was reassuring and very caring.

Dr. Parker is always very attentive and does not seem rushed when answering my questions. I think he does a great job. I occasionally find it frustrating to get feedback from his staff. I think this is due to understaffing. They just don't have time to respond quickly and sometimes I wait days to hear back from them.

Caring and approachable

Dr. Parker explained my pulmonology function test results to my satisfaction. He seemed to be very concerned about me and my situation and explained the treatment protocol/use he prescribed very well. The negatives experiences I had with Swedish/this provider is that it took WAY TOO LONG to get an appointment with him, had to drive all the way to Issaquah to see him and also had to wait quite awhile to see him once I got to his office. I do understand though that sometimes patients before me need additional time from the doctor. I would expect (and was satisfied with) an adequate amount of time with the doctor to answer all concerns and questions and explain things to a patient so that they understood their care.

The pulm care team provided a wonderful experience and was timely and kept me up to date as I progressed through check in to PFT and doctors apt. Pulmonary Care Tech lady was amazing, she explained all the science behind PFT and was a great breathing coach and the experience was not painful like my last one at PacMed several years back. Likewise the MA was quick and kind. Dr. Parker was great, thank you for performing hand hygiene and answering all my questions and making a treatment plan that works for me.

Great team. It is significant that all of Dr Parker's staff respect and like him. He is personable and doesn't bring an ego to work. Always treats me/ knows me as an individual. He cares about his patients.

Dr Parker is very patient, kind, thorough and very understanding. He has spent a great deal of time with me at each visit and carefully reviewed all the scans I've had explaining everything. He makes sure I have no questions. When he wasn't sure exactly what the diagnosis really was - he ordered further extensive labs that helped determine I needed a different specialty. I still follow up with him for further pulmonary issues.

I would have liked to see Dr. Parker sooner.
