This provider and her support staff, especially her medical assistant are beyond anything you would ever expect or even hope for in regards of care.Follow up and just making sure you're okay. Additionally doctor kram has answered questions that other providers were unable to.

I find Dr. Kramm very responsive to my questions. I appreciate I can have a virtual visit as we live 100 miles distant from her office. I also really appreciate the virtual / real chat feature on MyChart. I have gotten questions that come up quickly answered. I also appreicate that chart notes and visit summaries are available on MyChart and that all my current providers have access.

I previously did on the question just before this that I completed. I believe she along with her medical assistant. Should train other providers and their staff? They are that incredible with instructions, their empathy, being completely prepared for the appointment. And it's a very difficult appointment process lasting , almost fourteen months. I was updated the entire time. From beginning till the end of it the process was sublime!

It was my first visit to this care provider. It was a very good experience and I feel like I have added a very experienced and capable provider to my care team. I am very glad I was referred to this provider.

Dr Kramm is simply the best!

I got my flu shot, x-ray on my knees and saw Dr Kramm within two hours! Impressive!

Dr Kramm was extremely attentive, set me at ease and understanding of the condition. Diagnosis of PMR appears to be accurate and I responded to the prednisone medication within 30 hours or so. Can't thank her enough.

Heather is a good listener and explainer, and is very sympathetic.

Dr. Kramm discussed/reviewed my history and made some suggestions about how to begin the prevention of osteoporosis with a new medication. She answered my questions, and told me about the possible adverse symptoms She offered places to get my infusion when I can schedule it. Very helpful conversation.

Dr. Kramm is an excellent physician. She is patient kind and professional. She always takes the time to find out how I am doing and goes through my labs so the results are understandable.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kramm and I felt it was very productive. I am seeing her for a second opinion after being diagnosed by a PCP. She spent the time needed to try and get a full picture of my health and order tests that will help her get a more accurate overall understanding of what's going on. The MA was very responsive to my communications after the visit and the ability to get the blood tests done right at the facility was wonderful. I came over 100 miles one way to have this doctor's visit and it feels like it was time and effort well spent.

She seemed to have liked over my chart before my appointment (this was a transfer of care appointment). She listened, have me options and advice.
