Everything was very good.

They are always very respectful of me and take care of me.

She listens to me and checks out problems I think I have I have asked her for reference to an orthopedic surgeon for a shattered shoulder and she gave me a wonderful surgeon also through swedish.

Dr. G covered all the bases & really went out of her way to figure out my diagnosis, and went over all the test results with me.

The care provider was very focused on me and I appreciate that because not a lot of caregivers have the time to do that. She was very concerned what was going on with me and diagnosed me right away and she is one of the best doctors I've had so far.

I currently have many care providers at Swedish. I feel well taken care of by all of them.

They all treated me good .

The doctor, the blood technician and all staff were courteous and professional.

Dr. Greenfield is very kind, knowledgeable and efficient.

Provider seems to understand my needs and makes good recommedations for what to do next.

I've been seeing Dr. Greenfield for over a year and she has followed my progress, lack of, or exceeding expectations very carefully. Because of her close monitoring, she's been able to adjust my medical needs to address my conditions. I appreciate her thoroughness and concern for my care.

Dr Greenfield got me set up with a new medical treatment in a facility that they do no regularly deal with in a timely manner.

You asked if I called office with question during regular hours. I said no. But I did ask a question via my chart during regular hours and Dr. Greenfield answered question in a very timely manner.

I was extremely happy with my last visit. Beyond the chronic issues I had been seeing her about, she was able to help with additional pain I have with a degenerative shoulder issue that I had not asked her about previously. The injection she was able to provide in my bursa has done a remarkable job in alleviating the pain that has been a constant presence for many years. I haven't slept this well in years. Thank you.

Dr. Greenfield is great. I'm still waiting on other members of the Swedish staff to call me to move forward with the prescribed therapies. This is not on her, though. It is the lack of coordination and communication that is frustrating.
