The nurse, office people and the provider were excellent

The care providers I see at this facility are always helpful and knowledgeable. If I have a question or health concern, I first contact my PCP, Dr. Chan, via MyChart and she or a nurse follow-up usually within the day or the next morning with their recommendations. I really appreciate their quick response. It also alleviates back and forth phone calls. I feel I am getting the best healthcare I can get and appreciate their concern.
