The person who checked me in was wonderful - caring, understanding, and calm. After experiencing dreadful traffic, I appreciated her calmness and kindness! I had an adverse reaction to a prescription, and he responded quickly and with understanding. I also had some confusion about my visit with the doctor, but he was quick to answer all my questions on the patient portal.

Best experience ever! Everyone was extremely professional, helpful, friendly, and efficient. Would give 20 out of 10 if possible!

Dr Henning is a great doctor and obviously in high demand. Hospitals don't generally alot practitioners enough time with patients but Dr Henning was thorough and I was satisfied with his time and care.

I was pleased to receive the injections I needed at this visit, and they were skillfully given. I was made to feel comfortable.

Dr. Henning, discovered that my knee pain did not originate in my knee but was due to a hip problem. He did an ultrasound during the appointment. He noted there was a hip issue and asked me if I was agreeable to an x ray and an MRI . I agreed to both. No waiting in the imaging room and the MRI was scheduled promptly. Results of the MD visit and x ray were available to me very quickly on My Chart. Very pleased. Thank you.

Dr Henning has been a very good provider both in the past for my healthcare issues as well as this issue. He is very thorough and efficient. My diagnosis that I received from the Urgent Care visit was actually incorrect. He provided a care plan that made sense and explained my medical issue clearly.

Disappointed it took about a month to see the provider; However, the visit was effective and I got what I needed.

I've had pretty good luck with my experiences, I've had a couple appts that I drove from Olympia to SEA and only had a chat with the doctors, that is one of the only things is the drive for a 10 min appt. Other than that most always have a good experience.

The visit was quick, and Dr Henning was very helpful. Pain started developing in my right collar bone a couple years ago and started spreading into the shoulder.

Dr Henning has a very kind manner and listens to what you have to say! I feel heard and acknowledged! Happy to be in his care!
