After the visit, Dr Gafoor's staff emailed me the next day with all the information I needed for the procedure that I will have done next month. They were very prompt and very helpful.

I got excellent care from the doctors to the nurses and supporting staff. It could not have been better.

Dr Gafoor is a valuable asset to Cardiovascular Health at Swedish. I am grateful he is my provider. He is professional and personable as well as very good at what he does. My issue would be with MyChart which removed him from my record as a care provider. It made getting in contact with his care team and then getting an appointment all the harder. He was put back on by a helpful receptionist. I am grateful. Phone access to this office remains a quandary. Many of us are not of high tech age any more and need to be able to reach the care team and get callbacks in a timely fashion. Swedish should upgrade their call service to match the clientele many whom are generationally phone users, as well as the quality of care they are providing.

My visit to Dr Gafoor was a preliminary to see if I wanted to have a procedure performed. Being a busy surgeon, this meeting was rather quick as I did not have many questions having read all the material beforehand.
