Stephanie is outstanding. She took care of me as an inpatient recovering from surgery with a chest tube through my recovery. She knew my case, my immediate concerns, my background, my medications. She kept an eye on me proactively and ordered imaging to make sure a minor complication from the surgery was well-surveilled as it healed. She was also available and easy to speak with, whether in person, by phone, or electronically. I think she is great and I wouldn't ask her to change anything.

I have always been patient with medical providers as I understand they are under constant pressure to cut costs. It may be the nature of this particular practice but I've been surprised by the overall quality of the experience - from the check in process, struggling with insurance issues, to meeting with medical providers, the whole experience here reminds me of a different era. I don't know how y'all do it, given the ruthless cost cutting going on within the entire system, but it is very much appreciated. Thank you!
