Scheduling an appointment with Swedish Urology is super hard. It's hard to even get through to talk to someone. Reaching the clinic takes a long time, even if one is just needing directions. So I'd say you're in serious need of more support staff. But the medical care, so far, has been outstanding.

Dr. Evans is truly one of the most compassionate and empathetic doctors I've ever seen. He really takes the time to listen, and the visit was not rushed. He is great with eye contact, and I felt he listened to every word I said. At the appointment, he recorded his summary while I was there, and asked if there was anything I wanted to add. He is great at explaining medical things in a normal person way! But let me tell you one thing, that has never happened to me before, at any doctor's office. Dr. Evans walked me out and held the door to the lobby for me. Every step of the way, he wanted to make sure I understood, and that all my questions were answered. That really blew me away, not that I needed it, but that he did that.
