We accept most insurance plans and Medicare. If your insurance company requires it, you may need to make a co-payment at your appointment. You may also need a referral from your primary-care physician before your clinic visit.

You may request an itemized financial statement at each visit. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. If you'd prefer to pay in monthly installments, a personalized payment plan may be arranged.
